Want to know what we are doing for COVID-19, your safety is our priority.
Everyone is changing and adapting to the situations COVID has created for the country. In addition to following all regulations set by the CDPHE as well as our local Jeffco variances such as masks, social distancing and more, we take several extra steps:
We offer private training at our dojo, the park, or online for all students.
Students and instructors wash hands before and after every lesson.
High traffic surfaces (door handles, sinks, etc,) are disinfected daily.
Training equipment is disinfected after each use.
If you have any requests for your lessons just let us know!
Regardless of age, experience or anything else, the martial arts can be made just for you. Fitness, self defense, mindfulness and focus, and more.
Don't want traditional martial arts, but want the skills to be confident and keep yourself safe. A program meant for all women.
We believe the martial arts is different for everyone, and everyone is different in the martial arts, so... we want to treat it as such. We offer a structure different to most martial arts schools. Focusing mainly on private and semi-private instruction, we believe there is no better way to learn. With class sizes no bigger than four, you or your kids will be getting the direct attention they need, and guess what, it costs roughly the same and you schedule the times that work for you. What about group classes? The socialization and atmosphere are great! We have you covered here as well, every Saturday we offer group classes based on age group so everyone still gets a chance to experience that energy. Sounds like a win-win to me!
