Everyone is changing and adapting to the situations COVID has created for the country. In addition to following all regulations set by the CDPHE as well as our local Jeffco variances such as masks, social distancing and more, we take several extra steps:
We offer semi-private training at our dojo, the park, or online for all students.
Students and instructors wash hands before and after every lesson.
High traffic surfaces (door handles, sinks, etc,) are disinfected daily.
Training equipment is disinfected after each use.
Mask are required at all times for staff and all others while in the dojo.
If you have any requests for your lessons just let us know!

If you would like to read more click on any of the programs below, or even better, why take our word for it. Come try it for your self, for free!
