What can Martial Arts do for mr?

There is more than enough to balance in life, we want to take fitness out of that equation. Learn self-defense, get fit, have fun, and let off some steam with a tight nit community who are looking to do the same. We offer a unique approach for adults with a back-to-back class structure to give you more complete training and amazing flexibility. Our hour and a half classes are split into two blocks. The first 30 minutes is a customizable workout, followed by an hour of martial arts training. If you can attend the full 90 minutes, fantastic! If not, we encourage you to show up to either section and have a blast.

In addition we include our fitness program and have an open dojo policy. Anytime you can make it in, we have a workout of the day and an instructor to help you with martial arts, exercises, or anything else you are working on.
